Riverbend Hotel & Cabins welcomes your furry companions! Please notify us before arrival so we can note your reservation and assign a pet-friendly accommodation.
Pet Fees:

Standard Rooms: Up to 2 pets; $30 per pet, per night (non-refundable).

Pet relief areas are available. Guests must clean up after their pets. Waste bags are available at the front desk.

Pets may be left unattended, but guests must promptly address any disturbances. Failure to do so may result in removal from the property without a refund.

Housekeeping cannot enter while a pet is present, whether secured or not.

Guests are responsible for all pet-related damage. A minimum $250 charge applies to damage to rooms or property.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is available after 3:00 PM for standard rooms and after 4:00 PM for cabins and cottages. Check-out is by 11:00 AM for all accommodations.
Please note that 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM are the earliest possible check-in times, not guaranteed check-in times.Depending on room readiness and housekeeping, your accommodation may not be ready until later. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Early check-in, late check-out, specific room or floor requests, and additional in-room amenity preferences may be requested at the time of booking. All requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Property Information
Please note: Most areas of our property are accessible by stairs or ramps, and no elevator is available. Guests who require a first-floor room accessible by ramp are encouraged to call our front office at 706-878-2155 before arriving to ensure their accommodation needs can be met. If you have any special requests, please contact us so we can assist you.
Our private Chattahoochee River access has no lifeguard on duty. Swimming or entering the river is at your own risk. Water levels, currents, depths, underwater drop-offs, and conditions can change without notice. Please use extreme caution. Children must be closely supervised near the river.
Fireplaces, BBQ grills, swings, picnic tables, and riverside areas are provided for guest enjoyment. Outdoor surfaces may be uneven or slippery, especially when wet. Use all amenities with care and at your own risk.
Guests must supervise children and pets at all times, particularly near the river and outdoor amenities. To the extent permitted by law, management disclaims liability for accidents, injuries, or losses, except where caused by gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or as otherwise required by law.
